Refund policy
If you’re not satisfied, then neither are we. We proudly stand behind every Go Good product and offer unconditional returns on all unopened purchases made through our online store.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We have warehouses located in New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong, and a member of our team will direct your return to the correct facility to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival before signing and accepting delivery. If your goods arrive damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. All items damaged in transit are fully covered by our courier insurance.
Any unopened product may be returned within 30 days for a refund. Any opened product cannot be refunded unless there is an issue with product quality. In such cases, a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
